Rewrites overview.md around insights/situations model, severity vs status, background processes, and tab-based home page. Coworker docs update — adds a dedicated Settings page and Knowledge page, places screenshots throughout the Coworker docs (preferences, activity, behaviour, budget, tasks, usage, onboarding), documents new thread shortcuts and the knowledge graph with an animated GIF, and fixes link visibility in light mode.
