Restructure navigation to match updated app UI
The Administration section has been replaced with four top-level sections that reflect the current app navigation: Data and Licenses, Billing, Organization, and Profile settings.
Nav changes
Administration unpacked into Data and Licenses, Billing, Organization, and Profile settings
Catalog moved under Services
Preferences page removed (content split across Shipping and Signals)
Incidents updated to include Tasks, Notifications, and Settings as sub-items
Notifications (bell) moved inside Incidents
New pages
Data and Licenses: Shipping, Signals
Billing: Manage Subscription
Organization: Invitations
Profile settings expanded to sub-section: Profile, Notifications, Watched services
Incidents: Settings (rewritten), Tasks, Notifications
Screenshots added
