We currently have 2 separate boxes for autobidder and instant bids
Join the two bidding field into one.
The choice between automatic and instant offer is done with the separate option.
PS: there is a bug in the bidding view currently making the bid by just clicking the autobidder toggle checkbox - the must not be made before user presses the submit button
