Domain History #1424

Description

@OlegPhenomenon

For users buying domains with SEO in mind, it’s super important to know the history behind a domain. Was it ever blacklisted? What kind of content was hosted on it? That kind of stuff matters a lot. Search engines keep track of this info, and so does the Web Archive. If I’m not mistaken, we can use the Web Archive to look up a domain’s past.

I suggest we add this feature directly into the auction platform—so that any user can easily check a domain’s history before placing a bid.

Why does it matter?
First, it builds trust. It helps avoid situations where users feel like we’re trying to push shady domains on them. Second, it’s a big win for serious buyers—especially those hunting for high-quality domains. If they know the history is clean and relevant, they’re more likely to bid, because it increases their chances of ranking well in search engines later.
