Features:

14 quality tools (ESLint, Prettier, Trivy, etc.)
Automated checks on every PR and push to master
Security vulnerability scanning
Code formatting validation

CI/CD:

Runs automatically on GitHub Actions
Blocks merge if quality checks fail
