Registrar users that do not use electronic ID for authenticating to the portal need a pki certificate as a second factor for authentication. Users tend to forget to renew their certificates in time eve though registry sends tehm reminder emails about this.
To improve the situation we should add certificate expiration warning to the portal together with a link to portal page where user can order a new authentication certificate.
The warning should be shown to a user that is logged in to the portal using it at least 1 month before expiry deadline.
