BR API: invoicing issues

• If the VAT data is missing the invoice has this record: "KMKR / VAT nr [Kliendi VAT number]." - VAT nr is not mandatory if the recipient is not VAT liable. The name of the variable should never be seen.
• if the company is not yet registered and there is only a name of unregistered company to provide, the invoice shows private person as a recipient. Instead it should show the name user requested.
