Hosted Renovate cannot install Ruby 3.0.3, so lockfiles stay stale. This job uses ruby/setup-ruby, runs bundle lock, and pushes with the GitHub App token so tests re-run against the real gems. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
