Drop pluginUntilBuild so the plugin is not artificially capped at a specific platform build. Compatibility with current and future IDE versions is verified via the IntelliJ Plugin Verifier instead. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com>
