examples/bert.py needs the package.

/cc @silvasean for his opinion. My gut instinct is that we don't want to install packages just because a particular example depends on it, but I'm not sure what a better approach would be to have a self-contained example. Perhaps these sorts of examples should just strictly be colabs that include the necessary package installation steps? |

Maybe we could have an examples-requirements.txt that folks could install if they also want to run the examples? |
