Luck does not seem to display as affecting all relevant stats in the stat screen

This is with luck 2, you can see it properly displays for Lucky Hit. When I go down to luck 1, lucky hit decreases, but the item rarity stays the same.

A lot of stuff doesn't display on here properly, it's not really a bug. I can see if I can figure it out sometime though.
