test: add reusable Binance live performance probe

Summary

• add a reusable raw-CDP live performance probe for Binance cancel flows
• freeze and destroy bounded event, error, Long Task, and Long Animation Frame capture cleanly
• cover portal and panel replacement, overflow, unsupported performance evidence, and serialization

Validation

• npm test (314/314)
• npm run test:ui (50/50)
• git diff --check
• live HYPEUSDT cancel-dialog cancellation path: snapshot valid, event stream frozen after finish, global removed after destroy

Notes

• probe is observation-only and performs no clicks, submissions, order placement, or cancellation
• no userscript runtime source changed; no version bump or Tampermonkey sync required
