test: parameterize Binance live order baselines

Summary

• parameterize live order-scale scenarios with internal test profiles and persisted capacity evidence
• bind capture validation to exact price, quantity, leverage, balance, slot, and test-owned order ledger inputs
• document one-order live smoke as the default starting point before optional scale testing

Validation

• npm test — 322/322 passed
• npm run test:ui — 50/50 passed (one earlier suite-load timeout passed 3/3 in isolation and the full rerun passed)
• npm run build:binance-orderbook-trade
• npm run check:binance-orderbook-trade
• git diff --check
• live Chrome/CDP smoke: one far XRPUSDT Post Only order was created, confirmed through the exact visible order row, cancelled through the userscript native-confirm path, and verified absent afterward; no probe errors or dropped events; first feedback 119ms, dialog 279ms, final ready 2.60s

Runtime impact

• no userscript source or generated artifact behavior changed
• no version bump or Tampermonkey update required
