fix: expand until precision recommendation is ready

Summary

• keep expanding the latest-trade window until the precision algorithm produces an actual recommendation
• avoid treating a sufficient raw sample count as a successful recommendation
• preserve one synchronous DOM snapshot with no polling or historical accumulation
• add the live HYPEUSDT price distribution that exposed the premature stop as a regression test
• bump the Binance orderbook userscript to 2.7.126
