test: add live cancel dialog baselines

Summary

• add strict one-order live baselines for native cancel and confirm dialog paths
• fix live probe dialog-action detection when Binance nests controls under modal footer wrappers
• persist a bounded test budget instead of exact account balance in live capacity evidence
• document the captured environment, timing segments, and privacy contract
