style: match Binance divider weight

Summary

• increase the panel section divider to match Binance's visible divider weight
• reduce the adjacent padding by one pixel so the panel height and every control position stay unchanged
• bump the Binance orderbook userscript to 2.7.127 and strengthen the visual contract
