fix: summarize continuous ladder progress

Summary

• localize all user-visible continuous ladder feedback in Chinese
• retain per-round snapshots and show completed/started rounds, latest round ratio, and cumulative confirmed submissions
• omit cancellation counts when no cancellation occurred
