Fix continuous recovery text guard binding

Summary

• import the localized-text type guard used by continuous unconfirmed-submit recovery
• prevent the generated userscript from retaining an unbound isLocalizedText call
• add a bundle-level regression assertion for the guard binding

Validation

• failing regression reproduced before the import fix
• npm run build:binance-orderbook-trade
• npm test -- --test-reporter=dot (482 tests)
• npm run check:binance-orderbook-trade
• git diff --check
