Add vertical chart depth profile

Summary

• add a collapsible vertical bid/ask depth profile beside Binance K-line charts
• synchronize a bounded local USD-M order book from the official snapshot and diff stream contracts
• support Binance Basic and Trading View modes while leaving the native Depth tab untouched
• stop and invalidate depth sessions on symbol, route, visibility, and page lifecycle changes
