feat(gui): altitude-profile panel + ISSR map as corner inset - #8

A top-down map can't distinguish the filed route from the chosen one: the optimiser only changes altitude, which the map collapses. The Map tab now leads with an altitude-profile panel — flight level vs along-track distance, filed (dotted) vs chosen (solid) per flight, with a red dot wherever a route sits inside a contrail at its altitude. The geographic ISSR map becomes a small top-right inset for context. This replaces the route-reveal/time-step animation (marginal at inset size) with a static, decision-revealing view.
