ShortcutButtons not working in Customer Service Workspace app

Hi

I got the chortcut buttons to work on a regular model driven app. But when i use the same form in the Customer Service Workspace app, the shortcut buttens is greyed out and doesn't work.

Hello Jacob, the button is enable only when the record is created, if you are in a new form, in that moment the buttons is disabled, next you saved the record, the buttons will enabled
