Coverage-validation PR for the segment-scheduling fix (clone of ROCm#8055),
rebased onto a ROCm 7.14-compatible base so it builds on the self-hosted
ROCm+GPU (gfx950) runner.
The
PR Diff Coverageworkflow here runs for real on the self-hosted runner:builds
amdhip64with--coverage, builds the hip-tests graph binaries, runsthe empty-node / instantiate / host-func tests against the instrumented lib,
then gates diff coverage and uploads
coverage.html+diff-coverage.html.(Separate from PR #3, which is the faithful develop-based clone that cannot
build on ROCm 7.14 because develop needs develop-era HSA symbols.)
