v0.44.0: docker release — gh/ssh host parity (the container is not a sandbox) - #414

El agente en docker no podia hacer lo que la terminal de fuera: 'gh command not found' (PRs, issues, git push fallaban) y 'ssh: not found' (no podia llegar a los hosts de ~/.ssh/config). El contrato TOOLS-en-imagen / ESTADO-en-home los excluia sin querer. - gh 2.103.0 (tarball oficial cli/cli, pinneado) en /usr/bin/gh: la ruta exacta a la que el ~/.gitconfig del home montado apunta el credential helper de git (!/usr/bin/gh auth git-credential), asi git push autentica igual dentro que fuera. Auth: ~/.config/gh/hosts.yml via el bind. - openssh-client en la etapa runtime: config, claves y known_hosts ya entraban por el bind /home/jaime:/home/jaime en rutas identicas; solo faltaba el binario. 'ssh kraken' funciona igual dentro que fuera. - tests/docker-host-parity.test.ts fija el contrato (gh pinned, /usr/bin/gh, openssh-client, bind de home) para que un rebuild no lo pierda en silencio. - docs/docker.md + docker-compose.yml: el contrato actualizado y la limitacion real restante (claves SSH con passphrase necesitan ssh-agent).
…changelog, version El release 0.44.0 recoge todo desde 0.43.0, con el tema principal: mini-tui dockerizado (runtime completo en la imagen) y el contenedor NO es un sandbox (gh + ssh con las credenciales del host via el home montado). - CHANGELOG.md: entrada 0.44.0 (Added/Fixed/Changed). - README.md: seccion 'Run it in Docker' con compose y la promesa de no-sandbox. - package.json + site/src/lib/site.ts RELEASE: 0.43.0 -> 0.44.0.

The problem
mini-tui now lives in a docker container, but that turned it into a sandbox for the agent:
ghwas not baked (PRs, issues, git push failed inside while working outside) andsshwas missing (no route to the hosts of ~/.ssh/config).The fix
/usr/bin/gh— the exact path the bind-mounted~/.gitconfigcalls for git's credential helper. Auth (~/.config/gh) rides the home mount./home/jaime:/home/jaimebind at identical paths; only the binary was missing.Release 0.44.0
CHANGELOG entry, README 'Run it in Docker' section, version bump (package.json + site RELEASE).
