Adds the Zenodo concept DOI to repository documentation and citation metadata, identifying all archived versions of bifrost.
Changes:
- Adds a README DOI badge and software-archive link.
- Records the concept DOI in
CITATION.cffwithout changing the preferred paper citation.

Add a README badge and software-archive link for the bifrost Zenodo concept DOI,
10.5281/zenodo.23268805, and record it inCITATION.cffas identifying all archived versions. The preferred MEE paper citation remains in press until formal publication; the passerine dataset's versioned DOI continues to identify the exact source data.Validation
