How It Works

1. Request a data download from Instagram.
2. Choose either JSON or HTML format.
3. Download the export provided by Instagram.
4. Upload the export ZIP directly to FollowBack Check.
5. Review the list of accounts that do not follow you back.

You can also upload followers and following files manually if needed.

All processing happens locally in your browser.
