This changes only the French PDF scope line to a quoted theme label for noun-phrase or sentence titles, avoiding the unidiomatic V19 live wording. It leaves the assessment package, locked answers, UK routes, and V13–V19 replay identities unchanged. TDD regression: 6 new cases; full local pytest 2555 passed, 2 skipped; Ruff, hygiene and release compliance passed. Re-rendered the pinned V19 package: subject 9 pages and proposed correction 16 pages; visually checked affected subject pages 2, 5 and 7. Read-only reviewer approved. This does not resolve the manual French paper fidelity HOLD or authorize a final model matrix.
