Adds a version-isolated, eight-incident SQLite audit sequence for Terminale NSI E2, with ten staged French questions, deterministic checks, strict source and package identity, and old-package/UK replay. Fixes V21 large-print 2g/2i orphaned question flow after PDF fixture inspection. Full local pytest: 2614 passed, 2 skipped; Ruff, repository hygiene, release compliance, Graphify and inventory passed. Read-only whole-branch review found no engineering blocker. Fixture subject/correction normal 9/18 pages and large-print subject 13 pages after repair; official 2026 Métropole comparison remains manual fidelity HOLD (32 questions vs 36, less sustained depth and sparse endings). This is written-practice engineering evidence, not teacher, learner, examiner, rights or accessibility approval. No V21 live run yet; one pinned diagnostic follows protected merge.
