V22 adds an original, version-isolated before/after link-outage investigation for Exercise 1. It binds Dijkstra traces to an independent shortest-path oracle, provides per-node candidate working tables, and validates staged PDF material, answers and credit while retaining UK and V13–V21 replay. TDD, 2689 local tests passed (2 skipped), Ruff, Graphify, visual normal/large fixture review and fresh read-only review completed. Fixture remains manual fidelity HOLD against the official 2026 paper; this PR does not claim French qualification or live model performance. After protected checks, run one pinned French live diagnostic and record exact evidence. External teacher/learner/rights/accessibility gates remain.
