Six item PRs (#62, #64, #65, #67, #68, #69) plus the standalone unflag-manual fix (#66). Entry records the Option-2 topology, both premise corrections (no ai/identifiers.py; the typed-config access-site count), the deferred TUI/polish cluster, the 581 -> 639 test arc, and the post-cycle known limitations. Final v1.9 PR: pyproject.toml 1.8.0 -> 1.9.0 and the CHANGELOG entry in house style (matched to the v1.7/v1.8 depth). Records everything from the kickoff list: the pure-refactor theme and behaviour-identity DoD, all six items with their PRs, both premise corrections (no ai/identifiers.py; 3 load sites / ~100 access sites post-migration), the unflag-manual fix (#66), the deferred TUI/polish cluster, the 581 -> 639 test arc, and the known limitations (manual-flag audit gap, cosmetic _strip_html/IDENTIFIER_TYPES leftovers, AIClient-whole with the mixin option on record).
639 tests green on this branch. After merge: annotated v1.9.0 tag at the merge commit + GitHub Release with notes mirroring the entry, done locally.
