Add an in-app check against GitHub releases for standalone installs. For now, updates are manual (GitHub download) or through brew upgrade.
Notes
- Skip the check for copies managed by Homebrew or Raycast, which update through their own channel.
- A notice with a link to the release is enough. Unsigned builds can't auto-install without Gatekeeper friction.
