Build, Package and Release now only trigger when code, packaging or CI files change. README/docs/license edits run nothing.
Sources,Tests,Package.swift,raycast/**, itselfbundle.sh,Formula/**,build.ymlTests(a test-only change isn't a release) and noFormula(the tap serves it straight frommain); plus.github/actions/**and the called workflowsworkflow_callignores path filters, so Release → Package → Build still chains fully.workflow_dispatchis unaffected. No required status checks exist onmain, so skipped workflows can't block merges.Note: this PR touches
release.yml, so merging it triggers one release.
