Wrong type for CVLS_SUCCESS

CVLS_SUCCESS has type u32 while it is a return code for CVodeSetLinearSolver which has C-type int (= c_int).

I investigated this issue but I did not find how to do it from bindgen. The Bindings do not allow post-processing. Text substituting the generated file could be a way to go but I'm not sure it is worth it. It is indeed not too bad to deal with this in higher lever bindings.
