Refactoring for creating a Cloudflare Worker

This pull request removes a variety of configuration and workflow files related to code quality, testing, CI/CD, and development tooling. The main effect is a significant simplification of project infrastructure, eliminating automated checks, pre-commit hooks, and Python environment management. This will reduce automation and code quality enforcement in the repository.

Key changes include:

CI/CD and Workflow Removal:

• Deleted GitHub Actions workflows for integration testing, CodeQL analysis, and continuous integration, removing automated testing, security scanning, and coverage reporting from the repository (.github/workflows/integration.yml, .github/workflows/codeql-analysis.yml, .github/workflows/ci.yml). Dependency and Tooling Configuration Removal:

• Removed Pipfile and its development dependencies, eliminating managed Python environments and related dev tools like black, flake8, pytest, and pre-commit (Pipfile).
• Deleted .pre-commit-config.yaml, removing all pre-commit hooks for code formatting, linting, and import ordering.

Code Quality and Coverage Tools:

• Removed Code Climate, coverage, and test exclusion configurations by deleting .codeclimate.yml and .coveragerc. [1] [2]

Miscellaneous:

• Deleted VS Code testing configuration file, removing project-level test runner settings (.vscode/settings.json).
• Updated .github/dependabot.yml to switch from Python dependency updates to GitHub Actions workflow updates, with reduced frequency and additional configuration (.github/dependabot.yml).
• Removed Bors configuration for branch and status management (.github/bors.toml).
