docs: add Commands sections to 289 plugin quickstart skills (batch a-c) - #403

Generate '## Commands' documentation from each plugin.json command manifest for bundled SKILL.md stubs that lacked it, matching the established quickstart format: router invocation line plus each namespaced command with its upstream description. Also unescapes 59 degenerate single-line SKILL.md blobs (literal \n instead of real newlines) in this batch — a precondition for a sane section insert. Skipped plugins whose dirs are claimed by open PRs (#378, #381, #388, #389, #391, #393) and browser-use (manifest has no usable commands). Verified: jest 142 suites / 1,414 tests green.
