Append/insert "## Commands" routing sections (manifest router line + one line per plugin.json command) to the remaining unclaimed SKILL.md files, plugins/adler-cli through plugins/zsh-bench — completing Commands coverage for all bundled skills with usable manifest commands. Also repair the generated single-line skill blobs in this range: - unescape 148 literal-\n blobs into real multi-line content - upgrade 42 minimal "## Commands" stubs (bare passthrough line) to the standard router format - strip 42 trailing heredoc "EOF" debris lines from the same blobs Skipped: plugins/token-reduction-ultimate (no usable commands), and all dirs claimed by open PRs. Adds the standard "## Commands" section to the 114 remaining bundled plugin SKILL.md files that lacked one and are not covered by the open Commands-section batch PRs (#406, #410). Lines are generated from each plugin.json command list (namespace/resource/action triplets and legacy name-style commands), matching the format used by prior batches.
