Remove the AI build specs and session report from the repo - #62

MISSION.md, MISSION_settings_ui.md and REPORT.md were the build orders and progress log of the autonomous Claude Code sessions that built Phase 1. They are working files, not project docs, and should not ship. They stay on disk and are now ignored. The README pointed at REPORT.md twice; those links now go to SECURITY.md and CHANGELOG.md, and a code comment in api.ts no longer cites MISSION.md.

How it was tested
No references to the removed files remain (
git grep). Prettier passes on the edited TypeScript file.
