Image field used in get_post_meta

I am trying to pull aboutus page data to sub page of aboutus e.g:

 img src="" alt="" /> 

This code work on aboutus landing page but it is not working for inner page. When i do var_dumb it return field_24123525er.

This is problem with image field. I tried with text field and it's work.
