Support new XLSX worksheet tab names

Hello,

On new .xlsx files, tabs are labeled without the tab prefix, e.g. vInfo instead of tabvInfo

I've just tried a 3.9.3 MSI administrative install, it uses the new naming scheme.

I've checked 3.7 (xls), old naming

Good to know, thank you for this feedback. I don't use RVTools for a while now and so I don't saw the evolution. I'll try to get an sample file to build a new version (or if you can send me that file, with anonymised data, it can help me).
