It hardcoded the target as `u64`, but `rlim_t` is `u32` on 32-bit glibc, so `hard.min(TARGET)` failed with `E0308: mismatched types`. The target is now typed as `nix::libc::rlim_t`, which matches the platform on every target. Behavior on 64-bit platforms is unchanged. Validation: `cargo check --bin mise` passes on x86_64 Linux.
