No precompiled 4.0.8 available since the autobump CI job broke over the 4.1.0 preview release #69
Description
There currently is no 4.0.8 release available, allegedly because the autobump CI job has started failing on October 12th, which coincides with the release of the first Ruby 4.1.0 preview. CI shows this message:
Added Ruby 4.1.0-preview1 in recipes/rubies.yml
recipes/rubies.yml: 4.1.0-preview1 uses unknown series 4.1
Error: Process completed with exit code 1.
Would be great to get this ironed out, thanks :)
And also, in line with #66 - thank you for this project, it's very useful 👍

I suppose the "quickfix" would be simply to add
"4.1": {}to https://github.com/jdx/ruby/blob/main/recipes/series.yml, but just doing that would break it on 4.2 again, so maybe there's two parts to this:{}instead, or send out some alert / file an issue that this needs attending somehow?colszowka commentedon Oct 22, 2026
