The reusable workflow checks out `scripts/comment-release-fixes.py` at an immutable SHA (`d232756`), so v1.1.1 still ran the script from before #12 and hk's v2.8.0 backfill dry run failed with the same `No common ancestor` error (jdx/hk run 39487097738).
This moves the pin to 0faa8f5, the merge of #12, so callers pinned to the next release actually get the fix. After release, hk's pin needs bumping again.
