V3.2.9 已发布到 master，但 upgrade.md V3.2.9 段当时写得过详。本 hotfix 把它改成简短风格（跟 V3.2.7 / V3.2.8 一致）。
同步 PR 到 dev：#110
合并后会同时重发 GitHub Release V3.2.9 文案为简短版，让所有渠道看到的 V3.2.9 描述统一。
