卡券通过审核、卡券被用户领取、卡券被用户删除、卡券被商户核销、从卡券进入公众号等情况均会触发事件推送，该事件将发送至开发者填写的URL（登录公众 平台进入【开发者中心设置】）。 开发者可通过事件推送完成数据统计、用户身份识别等操作。 见 https://mp.weixin.qq.com/wiki?id=mp1451025274&highline=%E5%8D%A1%7C%26up date_member_card%7C%26card%7C%26_
