fix creds matcher

Update to credentials filter ListBoxModel so that it will take in StringCredentials. This fixes a few credential provider issues whereby the credential providers credentials were getting ignored.

Recommend for Synopsys devs to upgrade the JDK to the latest.

Testing done

manual testing in local jenkins.
