When enabled, images that have been rotated (in 90 degree increments) and/or have been flipped, will produce the same (or very similar) hash result.
… imageflip function.

Your PR is really interesting and useful but I think this should be handled as a separate library, it actually doesn't have to be related to pHash computation. |
