BUN_OVERRIDE_NODE_VERSION doesn't work on ubuntu-latest because bunx uses system node, not Bun's runtime. Use actions/setup-node@v4 with node-version 22 instead.
Replace ubuntu-latest + setup-node/setup-bun with container image. Bun runtime is native in container, bunx uses it directly without system node. Matches cfx approach. Ultraworked with [Sisyphus](https://github.com/code-yeongyu/oh-my-opencode) Co-authored-by: Sisyphus <clio-agent@sisyphuslabs.ai>
Replace setup-bun steps with container directive for consistency with release.yml approach.

Use
oven/bun:1.3.10-debiancontainer for all CI and release jobs. No system Node in the container — bunx uses Bun's runtime (Node 24.3.0 internally), satisfying semantic-release's engine requirement without setup-node.Matches cfx approach exactly.
