Fresh install generates a lot of missing image log entries

From a fresh install I get this on every page load in my logs:

What do you think to including transparent single pixel images so there are placeholders (all named _dist.jpg of course so we can gitignore them)?

If you create the admin/img directory it's then looking for admin/img/logo.jpg

So I think we could have

img/event_background_dist.jpg
img/logo_dist.jpg
img/watermark_dist.jpg
admin/img/logo_dist.jpg

I'm going to suggest a transparent single pixel for those images without the _dist and modify the readme to tell the installee to replace them. Using _dist won't actually resolve the errors generated from missing images but a placeholder would at least help Bitsand run a little more "out of the box".
