This commit reduces the patch commands to just one: reposync_crowbar. This command is idempotent and will synchronize /opt/dell and the running Crowbar instance with what you have in your crowbar-openstack working copy. Run this command after every commit (or after multiple commits if you prefer). Uncommitted changes to the working copy will be ignored.
