feat(admin): forget the PIN on one device; search and pause prizes - #366

Remembering the PIN by accident on one display meant resetting every display. Security now offers "Forget PIN on this device" when this display remembers it. An open panel stays open; the PIN is asked for next time. Prize Management gets a search over the prize list. Pausing a prize hides it from the kids' store and refuses new requests, while it stays in the ledger and on the shelf. A request made before the pause still waits for a parent. PATCH accepts `paused` alone, so pausing can't undo an edit made on another display. Adds prizes.paused (schema 39). The any-day migration test no longer pins the latest schema number.

Two small admin additions.
Forget PIN on this device. Re-requiring the PIN on one display meant resetting every display. Security now offers this button when the display remembers the PIN. An open panel stays open, and the PIN is asked for next time.
Prize search and pause.

Tested: server 701, client 883 and i18n pass. Driven on desktop and phone against a test server, and running in our production since today. Forget PIN wasn't exercised against a real PIN on our production. Not tested on a real touch screen, and Spanish hasn't been seen on screen.
