Brings #368 to main. #368 was stacked on #367, and was merged into #367's branch (feat/add-dialog-order) after #367 itself had been squash-merged to main, so its changes never reached main. This is that squashed commit (6305a05) applied cleanly on top of main, which now includes #365, #367 and #369.

What it adds is described in #368: the chore dialog's Cancel | Create | Schedule, and the Schedule flow (who, with several people at once, then when, then check, with Complete and Next schedule).

* feat(chores): Schedule a new chore right from its dialog

The New chore dialog has Cancel, Create and Schedule. Schedule saves the
chore and steps through giving it a schedule, one person at a time: who it's
for (a person or Bonus chores), then when, with the same Picker | Wizard as
the board's Add and that person's own schedules below, then a one-line
summary with Complete. Under the summary, an info box offers Next schedule,
which saves this one and goes back to who, for someone else with their own
schedule.

- Each schedule is saved as it's confirmed, so Cancel drops only the one in
progress; the chore and the schedules already saved stay. People already
scheduled in the flow are marked and can't be picked again.
- Editing a chore, or making one from the board's Add (already scheduling
  it), shows no Schedule button.
- The picker's pieces move to SchedulePicker.jsx so the board and the flow
share them: the chips with the Monthly and Custom panels and the day row,
the Picker | Wizard switch, the names of timings, the person's own
schedules, and Change days' quick buttons and Custom panel.
- The wizard's "Step 2 of 5" counts the flow's who step.

* feat(chores): Schedule can give several people the same schedule

"Who is it for?" now takes one person or several: tap to pick (a green tint
and a check), tap again to drop, then Next. Everyone picked gets the same
schedule, one row each. An info line says so, and that Next schedule at the
end gives someone else a different one.

- The timing step and the summary name everyone picked. A person's own
schedules are offered only when one person is picked.
- If a save fails partway, the ones saved stay saved and the rest stay
  picked, to try again.
- Hover tints only where there's a real pointer, so a tap on a touch screen
doesn't leave a third look behind.
